Hi, I’m Stacy.
My own healing journey became part of my calling.
I’m Stacy Echeverria, a pastoral counselor and co-founder of True You Ministries. For as long as I can remember, people have trusted me with their stories. Friends and even people I had just met often felt safe sharing the parts of life that were painful, confusing, or difficult to discuss.
There was also a time when deep emotional pain showed up in my own life in ways I did not understand. I loved God, but there were still places within me that needed healing. Through The Genesis Process, I began recognizing the emotional wounds, beliefs, triggers, and patterns shaping the way I responded to life.
As God brought healing and truth into those places, I began experiencing the freedom I now want other women to know is possible. Today I have the privilege of walking alongside people on that journey, primarily serving Christian women in their 30s and 40s. Counseling is also available to men when my approach and services are an appropriate fit.

True You Ministries is a biblically grounded counseling ministry created for people who love God but still feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns they do not fully understand.
Through compassionate pastoral counseling and The Genesis Process, we explore emotional wounds, false beliefs, protective behaviors, and unhealthy patterns that may influence how you think, feel, respond, and relate to others.
The goal is not simply to help you cope better. It is to help you understand the why behind the struggle, renew your mind with truth, develop healthier responses, and move toward greater emotional and spiritual freedom.
